UGI WA SEMBE – Banana/Papaya Corn Porridge

Supper time or lunch or breakfast or midnight snack or…

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp white corn flour

banana/ papaya/

Recipe:

Add white corn flour to cold water and stir.

Boil for 3 minutes. Stir constantly.

Stir

Blend with 1/2 banana or 1 cup papaya or both.

happy for lunch

Blend until smooth.  You want the porridge to be very watery.

Serve one spoon porridge, one spoon water

or a cup of water

Drink so you don’t get bunged up!
